About the role
We are seeking an APAC Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a permanent remote basis. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process for the APAC region, leveraging Xero to ensure accurate and timely collections while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile APAC accounts receivable records using Xero.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with customers, and resolve payment issues.
- Prepare regular aging reports and provide insights to senior finance leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address billing inquiries and ensure contract compliance.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to receivables.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling accounts receivable for APAC markets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Xero accounting software
