Account Manager – Entertainment (Hybrid, Makati)

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between entertainment clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions and recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client‑facing documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional business growth.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.
• Manage budgets, billing processes, and account profitability.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in events, advertising, creative, or service‑oriented industries is an advantage.
