About the role
Leiva Assistants is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a growing auto‑detailing business. This part‑time, work‑from‑home position operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with the EST time zone and offers immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication across website, Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with estimates, bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Manage workflows and internal communication using Go High Level (GHL).
- Coordinate schedules and support backend administrative operations.
- Support social‑media engagement and create basic AI‑assisted content.
- Provide regular updates on bookings, pending tasks and priorities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years experience in administration, customer support or executive assistance.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent scheduling and follow‑up abilities.
- Professional demeanor when handling customer‑facing communication.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

What we offer
- Bi‑weekly compensation of ₱25,000 PHP
