Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will support delivery teams on a daily basis, handling administrative and project‑management tasks across a high volume of projects. You will work closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external clients to ensure smooth, risk‑free delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project operations and delivery, liaising directly with end clients and internal teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery, including risk mitigation and timeline adherence.
• Handle client quoting, top‑up and competitor opportunities.
• Review survey questionnaires against specifications and advise on best practices.
• Define project plans, timelines, resource needs and identify potential roadblocks.
• Perform basic scripting/programming fulfilment tasks.
• Update project specifications into statements of work.
• Support sample and quota management and fulfilment.
• Monitor field progress, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct data quality assurance checks and generate reports.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communication both internally and externally.
• Protect consumer experience and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Document detailed project briefs and specs in Salesforce.
• Create and update daily progress reports.
• Ensure all project documentation meets required accreditations and policies.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a client‑facing role.
• Proven experience supporting a team and managing tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Willingness to provide occasional after‑hours or weekend support.
