About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team within Core Business Services. This entry‑level position supports the L&D manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, providing a solid foundation for a career in learning and development.
Key responsibilities
- Set up training venues, both online and face‑to‑face.
- Send training invitations to participants.
- Assist facilitators and participants during sessions.
- Encode attendance records and distribute post‑training surveys.
- Provide on‑site logistics support and handle other administrative duties.
- Participate in a variety of L&D projects and attend company meetings and networking events.
Required profile
- Degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other business‑related fields.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
