Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading a high‑performing retail team at adidas Ayala Malls Manila Bay. You will help drive sales, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and superior customer service.
• Monitor and analyse performance data, adjusting tactics to maximise commercial success.
• Oversee all retail operations within the fashion store environment.
• Act as a role model for customer service standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Train team members on brand product knowledge and service excellence.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Ensure efficient inventory processing and seamless stock‑to‑floor flow.
• Share best practices to improve overall store performance.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales background with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed budgeted sales.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about achieving results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in retail leadership within men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
