About the role
The Business Relationship Officer – Sales supports the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based in various Business Centers across the Manila area and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and action‑plan records.
- Drive account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products across assigned Business Centers.
- Develop and execute sales activities to promote retail banking products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (minimum four‑year program).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with account management and bank products/services.
