Vice President Operations – Cruise Line Account

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations to lead a major cruise line account for TP Philippines. The role will oversee a team of 700‑1000 FTEs, driving operational strategy, growth and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution for the cruise line account, ensuring consistent performance and client satisfaction.
• Manage multi‑site teams, overseeing transitions from green‑start phases to full operational maturity.
• Develop and pilot innovative solutions tailored to cruise industry needs while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across all processes.
• Build and nurture high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Required profile

• 10–18+ years of progressive BPO leadership with executive oversight of large‑scale accounts.
• Direct experience in travel, hospitality or cruise operations.
• Proven success in scaling multi‑site, multi‑LOB operations and green‑start launches.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and quality frameworks in the travel and hospitality sectors.
