About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑Bilingual Virtual Assistant to provide inbound and outbound support for healthcare and customer‑service accounts. The role can be performed onsite or from home, with night‑shift schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
• Translate and communicate effectively between Spanish‑speaking and English‑speaking clients.
• Support assigned healthcare or customer‑service related accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules.
• Trainable and adaptable.
• Prior experience in BPO or healthcare accounts is a plus.
