About the role
We are looking for a Spanish‑Bilingual Virtual Assistant to provide inbound and outbound support for healthcare and customer‑service accounts. The role can be performed onsite or from home, with night‑shift schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
- Translate and communicate effectively between Spanish‑speaking and English‑speaking clients.
- Support assigned healthcare or customer‑service related accounts.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Willingness to work night‑shift schedules.
- Trainable and adaptable.
- Prior experience in BPO or healthcare accounts is a plus.
