Junior Reservation Agent – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Reservation Agent to join our remote team and provide top‑notch support for car‑rental bookings. In this role you will handle inbound customer calls, emails and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and email inquiries.
• Create, modify and confirm rental car bookings using reservation software.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, verify pricing and amend existing reservations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and liaise with branch locations.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the booking lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in reservation, travel, hospitality or car‑rental customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient with computer systems and reservation software.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible or rotating hours.
