About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chat Support Agent to assist customers through online messaging channels. This entry‑level position is open to high school graduates who are eager to start a career in customer service.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
