About the role
The Travel Associate supports clients in creating seamless travel experiences, handling everything from flight bookings to accommodation and activity planning. This role requires strong customer focus and up‑to‑date knowledge of travel trends.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with travel trends and destination information to recommend optimal options.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and preferences for future reference.
Required profile
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in travel planning or a similar role.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules.
Required skills
- Proficiency in booking software.
- Experience with online travel platforms.
