Shift Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will be the point of contact for staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant partners and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Manage opening and closing routines, ensuring proper shift handovers.
• Lead kitchen staff to meet quality standards and target costs.
• Review daily performance metrics and implement cash control procedures.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and keep the restaurant within budget.
• Foster positive employee relations and promote teamwork.
• Act as a role model and coach for service and product quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints, drive service recovery, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Management Trainee or Shift Manager in a quick‑service restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage staff, time, inventory, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and customer service capabilities.
