About the role
We are launching a bold hospitality concept in Manila that blends elevated French and Spanish cuisine with immersive dining experiences. As the founding head chef, you will shape the culinary vision and lead the kitchen team from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a menu that showcases French, Spanish and broader European culinary techniques.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
- Collaborate with the founding team on concept design, ambiance, music and beverage pairings.
- Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity and discipline.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships and cost controls.
Required profile
- Passionate chefs from France, Spain or with extensive experience in European cuisine.
- Young, ambitious talent eager to prove themselves internationally or seasoned culinary leaders seeking a long‑term project.
- Strong discipline, creativity and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- Expertise in French cuisine.
