Trainer II – Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II will deliver client‑focused training for new hires, product updates and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. The role ensures agents are prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and supports a smooth transition from classroom to production.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day classroom activities, monitor student progress and provide coaching and developmental feedback.
• Utilize effective presentation and facilitation techniques, including adult learning methods and various delivery modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials through classroom sessions, hands‑on demonstrations and supporting activities.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics and support operations in transitioning agents to the production environment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings and conducting side‑by‑side observations.
• Communicate consistently with managers, peers and other resource groups, including informal client interactions.
• Assist the Instructional Design team in creating training assets such as computer‑based modules, interactive sessions and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness using focus groups, interviews and surveys, and recommend curriculum improvements.
• Contribute to a continuous learning culture by staying engaged with change management, product releases and policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant training experience.
• Proven experience with training methodologies and soft‑skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
