Learning and Development Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Trainer to lead onboarding, refresher, and continuous learning initiatives for our operations team. The role involves facilitating both classroom and virtual sessions, identifying learning gaps, and supporting employee performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge‑enhancement activities.
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e‑learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
• Conduct post‑training assessments and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role.
• Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work predominantly dayshift and fully onsite at the Wilcon IT Hub in Makati City.
