Bancassurance Trainer – Bank Employee Training

About the role

The Bancassurance Trainer designs, implements and delivers training programs for bank staff, enabling them to effectively promote and sell insurance products through bank channels. This position works closely with bank employees to equip them with the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to grow the bancassurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing tailored training programs and engaging materials such as presentations, manuals and e‑learning modules.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops and seminars for bank employees.
• Support training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies.
• Help develop assessment tools and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Build relationships with bank staff to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all training content complies with industry regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Education or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the insurance industry, especially bancassurance.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to bank branches and conduct training outside regular business hours when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using e‑learning platforms.
