Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Join a small, dynamic team at MicroSourcing to drive sales through telemarketing. You will engage donors, pitch acquisition, conversion, upgrade and reactivation products, and help meet the team’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve stipulated sales goals under the guidance of a team leader.
• Maintain required contact and lead conversion rates.
• Engage donors with a friendly attitude to pitch sales and handle objections.
• Upsell or cross‑sell services to match donor needs.
• Accurately record customer information, leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Log positive and negative remarks to improve customer satisfaction.
• Submit fulfillment and processing requests to the processing team.
• Follow call‑centre guidelines for next‑step actions.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in call‑centre initiatives.
• Participate in sales or marketing activities as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and handle donor hesitations.
• Quick adaptability to new processes and team environment.
