About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an energetic Telesales Representative to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro City. You will work the night shift, contacting warm leads and converting them into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm leads.
Close sales and upsell additional services.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Meet or exceed performance targets.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in a high‑volume calling environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
