About the role
Willia Estate is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join its finance services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound calling to generate qualified leads for financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Promote and clearly explain finance‑related services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects to close or advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes.
- Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable handling rejection and high‑volume calling.
- Goal‑driven and performance‑oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of finance services is an advantage.
