ServiceNow Developer (CSDM) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer specialized in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to join our team in a hybrid setting, working onsite twice a week at our Ayala, Makati office. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and maintain core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.
• Design, implement, and govern a CSDM framework to ensure accurate mapping of Business Services, Application Services, and Service Offerings within the CMDB.
• Build advanced workflow automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal components using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript, and GlideScript.
• Create test plans, execute unit/integration testing, and perform regression testing before production releases.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 best practices.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; certifications in ITSM or CSDM are highly preferred.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementation and CMDB governance.
