Digital Transformation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Advisory practice. In this role you will lead complex, enterprise‑level digital transformation initiatives for a diverse client portfolio, guiding them from strategy formulation through successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for enterprise system implementations such as Oracle, SAP, Workday or Microsoft D365, covering requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration and go‑live.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives and technical teams.
• Mentor and lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive change‑management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Support business development through proposal creation, client presentations and identifying new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6‑8+ years of progressive project‑management experience, with a focus on large‑scale enterprise system implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
