Boomi Senior Consultant & Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Boomi Senior Consultant & Manager to lead enterprise integration initiatives. The role combines deep technical expertise in Boomi with strong delivery governance, stakeholder management, and architectural alignment to ensure robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise integration strategies and standards using the Boomi platform.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions across multiple systems.
• Apply fit‑for‑purpose governance, decision records, and quality controls to protect outcomes and minimise rework.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and delivery streams to align scope, milestones, and technical standards.
• Translate solution intent into build‑ready artefacts, including interfaces, data flows, controls, environments, and sequencing.
• Embed security, privacy, identity, and access controls into integration designs from day one.
• Leverage reference architectures, patterns, and accelerators to increase delivery velocity and consistency.
• Design operational readiness artefacts such as monitoring, support models, runbooks, and auditability to ensure stable post‑go‑live operations.

Required profile

• 10–14+ years of overall IT experience with 7–10+ years focused on integration and Boomi platform architecture.
• Proven experience defining enterprise integration strategies and standards.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to manage complex integrations and adapt delivery approaches (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Commercial discipline with clear requirements traceability and definition of done.

• Boomi Integration platform (development and architecture).
• Cloud platforms – Azure and/or AWS.
• Integration architecture and design.
• Security‑by‑design principles for integration solutions.
• Reference architecture and pattern reuse.
