Remote Admin Assistant – Commercial Insurance

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to support day‑to‑day servicing of commercial insurance policies. The role is fully remote, works US business hours, and is ideal for candidates with prior experience in commercial lines insurance and customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and evidence of insurance documentation.
- Maintain accurate policy records within agency management systems.
- Handle inbound client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy questions via phone and email.
- Follow up with clients on pending documentation, renewals, and policy updates.
- Coordinate claim reporting and status updates with carriers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Commercial Insurance CSR or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and COIs.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance documentation and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
Required skills
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic or HawkSoft.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
