Remote Accountant – Full‑Time (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Accountant to join a fractional CFO and accounting service that supports high‑growth US businesses. The role involves month‑end close, financial reporting, and tax form preparation for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations and ledger updates in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage.
• Close books promptly each month and prepare clear monthly financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and client communication.
• Track and submit 1099 tax forms on behalf of clients.
• Provide tax support during filing season and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Analyze financial transactions, identify trends and resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper or Financial Analyst.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant accounting license (CPA, CMA or CA) is a plus.
