Regulatory Pharmacist (2+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to manage vaccine logistics, dispensing, and regulatory compliance in our Naga facility. The role involves handling vaccine deliveries, maintaining cold‑chain standards, and providing pharmacological support to both internal teams and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Accept incoming vaccine deliveries and verify documentation.
• Monitor vaccine expiration dates, cold storage conditions, and inventory movement.
• Dispense vaccines, package and label according to sales invoices.
• Provide pharmacological information and respond to queries from sales and healthcare staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment in line with FDA standards.
• Keep accurate records of vaccine inventories, supplies, LTO, and CPR.
• Assist in training sales personnel on vaccine pharmacology.
• Attend seminars to stay current on pharmaceutical developments.
• Conduct daily physical counts of vaccines with the Billing/Inventory Assistant.
• Manage licensing requirements, renewals, and permits to ensure FDA compliance.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports.
• Dispense prescription medications, counsel patients on usage and side effects, and advise on health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate medication and patient interaction records.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Pharmacist with at least 2 years of experience in vaccine handling or regulatory pharmacy.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and cold‑chain management.
• Strong record‑keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to train staff and communicate pharmacological information clearly.
