Occupational Health Nurse – Visayas

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will deliver high‑quality on‑site medical and emergency care in the Visayas region, following International SOS clinical guidelines. This role ensures rapid response to injuries or illnesses, maintains clinic operations, and supports broader health and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary and emergency medical care, including CPR and first aid.
• Assess and treat injuries or illnesses promptly.
• Operate and maintain on‑site medical facilities in line with International SOS standards.
• Coordinate with local hospitals, suppliers, and agencies to support clinical services.
• Promote and enforce occupational health and safety (OH&S) policies and safe work practices.
• Educate staff on medical matters and support medical evacuations when required.
• Uphold International SOS policies, values, and continuous improvement initiatives, including occasional support for clinics in other locations.

Required profile

• Registered Occupational Health Nurse with experience in emergency and primary care.
• Familiarity with International SOS clinical guidelines and OH&S standards.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate with local medical providers.
