Company Nurse (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Join a leading light‑steel gauge manufacturer with over three decades of industry excellence. As a Company Nurse, you will be the primary health resource for employees, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace while gaining valuable experience in occupational health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the workplace.
• Provide emergency treatment and first‑aid response for on‑site incidents.
• Administer over‑the‑counter medication and maintain a clean, comfortable sickbay.
• Promote healthy eating, wellness initiatives, and regular health checks.
• Document employee injuries and illnesses confidentially.
• Communicate health updates and recommendations to management.
• Assist with occasional HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior corporate or occupational nursing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Warm, compassionate, and approachable demeanor when dealing with staff.
