Regulatory Pharmacist – 2 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist with at least two years of experience to manage vaccine logistics and pharmacy operations. The role involves ensuring safe handling of vaccines, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing pharmaceutical support to patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and verify incoming vaccine deliveries, monitor expiration dates, and maintain cold‑chain storage.
• Dispense vaccines, label packages according to sales invoices, and keep accurate inventory records.
• Provide pharmacological information to sales teams and respond to queries.
• Maintain a clean, FDA‑compliant work environment and keep detailed records of supplies, LTO, and vaccine CPR.
• Assist in training sales personnel on vaccine pharmacology and attend seminars to stay updated.
• Conduct daily physical counts of vaccines with the Billing/Inventory Assistant.
• Handle licensing requirements, renew permits, and submit required regulatory reports.
• Dispense prescription medications, counsel patients on usage and side effects, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with all safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of vaccine handling, cold‑chain management, and FDA regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage licensing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and team training.
