About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk. This role supports the smooth operation of the office by handling routine administrative tasks and assisting staff as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Provide logistical support to office staff, including scheduling and basic office organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused and approachable demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
