About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk. This role supports the smooth operation of the office by handling routine administrative tasks and assisting staff as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide logistical support to office staff, including scheduling and basic office organization.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused and approachable demeanor.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
