About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Front Desk & Community Engagement Officer to manage our reception area, support community initiatives, and oversee showroom activities. The role combines professional front‑desk service with active community liaison and product presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer calls, social media inquiries and emails, and manage appointments and visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries while keeping the reception area clean and welcoming.
- Act as a liaison with the local community, coordinating outreach events, creating newsletters and social media content, and gathering feedback.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance, assist customers with product information, organize displays, and track visitor traffic.
- Support sales activities by providing data to the sales team and coordinating closely with them.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in reception, customer service, front‑desk or community engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule (8 AM – 8 PM).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using social media platforms for communication and outreach.
