About the role
DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a leading digital entertainment company in the Philippines, is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; take messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy reception area stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide information about the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, visitors, and clients.
- Record incoming and outgoing mail and track visitor attendance.
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for clients when required.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant front‑office or receptionist experience.
- College education in Hospitality, HRM, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
