Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will evaluate and improve food safety and quality systems across our supplier network and in‑process production. This role involves daily planning of the QA team, investigating quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure product compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for suppliers and internal processes.
• Validate in‑process products and manufacturing procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the daily workflow of the QA group.
• Investigate quality problems and recommend corrective or preventive solutions.
• Document findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Agricultural Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if they hold a valid professional license related to their degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
