Production Supervisor

About the role

Allegro is looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead one of its manufacturing shifts in a high‑tech semiconductor environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production line, from front‑of‑line to end‑of‑line, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize shift operations based on Production Control schedules, loading devices and tracking lot priorities.
• Allocate manpower, manage attendance, timekeeping, and performance tracking while training and motivating operators.
• Conduct line and documentation audits to enforce SOPs, champion 5S housekeeping, and communicate corrective actions.
• Complete daily production reports, analyze WIP data, and prepare weekly manpower reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to prevent and resolve process issues, including preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, holding monthly dialogues with operators to discuss line problems and enhancements.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate degree.
• Knowledge of material transactions in ERMS and CAM systems.

Required skills

• ERMS (Enterprise Resource Management System) proficiency.
• CAM (Computer‑Aided Manufacturing) familiarity.
