Production Supervisor (2+ Years Experience) – Cagayan de Oro

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor in Cagayan de Oro. The role focuses on achieving efficiency targets, ensuring product quality, and maintaining strict food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods.
• Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor raw material, in‑process, and finished‑goods quality to comply with GMP standards.
• Oversee daily set‑up and clean‑up of equipment and machinery for effective operations.
• Create and communicate production schedules to meet volume targets and production plans.
• Manage personnel, ensuring they understand daily tasks and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, or related fields.
• Preferably held supervisory or assistant‑manager roles in manufacturing or restaurant environments.

Required skills

• GMP compliance.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Production scheduling.
