Predictive Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Engineer will lead data‑driven condition monitoring activities for a plant in Misamis Oriental, Philippines. Working closely with the client’s maintenance manager and technical supervisors, you will generate diagnostic reports and prescribe corrective actions based on a range of inspection techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform safe work around operating equipment and promptly report unsafe conditions.
• Compile comprehensive prescription reports that integrate results from vibration, oil & grease, thermographic, ultrasound, and motor circuit analyses.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with the client’s production plan and ensure timely execution by PdM technicians.
• Participate in client maintenance meetings, support root‑cause analysis, and track key performance indicators such as downtime.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of the predictive maintenance plan, analyze trend curves before and after interventions, and share knowledge with the technical team.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 0‑2 years of experience in predictive maintenance engineering.
• Certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 2 (BOSH SO2).
• Willingness to relocate, work weekends or holidays, and reside within commuting distance to Misamis Oriental.
