PMO Lead

About the role

The PMO Lead will drive end‑to‑end project execution across manufacturing and CAPEX initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, developing schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders to meet delivery dates.
• Manage CAPEX projects, including equipment installation and facility expansion.
• Oversee new product transfer (NPI/NPT) projects into manufacturing operations.
• Monitor budgets, risks, issues, and implement mitigation actions.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance compliance, and follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or a related discipline.
