Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate supports Mill Operators in the cleaning house and mill sections to minimise downtime and ensure smooth production flow. The role involves monitoring feed rates, recording data, and assisting with load balancing while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record ingredient feed rates in all mills to meet QA dosage standards.
• Ensure premix ingredients are available for the entire shift.
• Coordinate sample collection with Mill Operators and Flour Packers for QA analysis, including special samples.
• Monitor dust collector differential pressure and keep it within manufacturer limits.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues in cleaning and milling sections.
• Open and clean sifters as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment to prevent contamination.
• Execute SAP tasks: record information, generate reports, and support real‑time process execution.
• Collaborate with other functions to align processes, ensure efficient flow, and implement controls.
• Participate in company committees, system writing, and audits for 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal.

Required profile

• Ability to work shift schedules in a production environment.
• Attention to detail for accurate data recording and sample handling.
• Willingness to follow SOPs, QA standards, and safety protocols.

Required skills

• SAP usage for data entry and report generation.
• Monitoring of feed rates and dust collector pressure.
• Knowledge of 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal audit procedures.
• Basic understanding of milling equipment and cleaning processes.
