Pharmacist (SHEQ Associate)

About the role

The SHEQ Associate (Pharmacist) is responsible for delivering analytical services and laboratory activities safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of medicinal gases to customers. The role also supports pharmacovigilance compliance as the deputy local vigilance officer and contributes to on‑site SHEQ programs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sampling, testing, and validation of specifications for medicinal gases from production to customer release.
• Act as Deputy Local Vigilance Officer (dLVO) for pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Support implementation of SHEQ directives and on‑site programs.
• Oversee health, safety, and environment, quality control, and laboratory operations.
• Serve as Qualified Person for Medical Products at the site.
• Maintain site licenses by liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare required reports, documents, and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) and a valid pharmacist license.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, DTI, DOH, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing, quality control laboratory, and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to handle FDA registrations, renewals, and permits.
