Outbound Sales Support – Remote (US Client)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Outbound Sales Support professional to manage follow‑up on pending service estimates for a US‑based client. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting estimates into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Review pending estimates in the CRM and identify customers requiring follow‑up.
• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to re‑engage potential clients and clarify services, pricing, or timelines.
• Encourage estimate approvals and coordinate scheduling of service appointments.
• Update CRM records with outcomes, customer responses, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm technician availability.
• Escalate complex or technical enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and provide backup during high enquiry periods.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead‑follow‑up roles.
• Experience working with US customers or service‑based businesses is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, relationship‑building, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of follow‑up calls efficiently.
