Telesales Executive – Makati

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc. in Makati. You will drive revenue growth by contacting potential corporate and individual clients through outbound calls, presenting our IoT‑based cloud platform and securing appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to new corporate and individual customers.
• Demonstrate how Cartrack’s products address client needs.
• Explore new markets and business opportunities.
• Use pre‑written scripts to engage prospects and identify their requirements.
• Maintain communication standards and secure sales appointments for follow‑up.
• Update and record customer information in the database.
• Create daily sales reports and keep them up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in telemarketing or telesales (any industry preferred).
• Strong self‑motivation, adaptability and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Target‑oriented and proactive.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ilonggo or Bisaya is a plus.
