About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Mandarin Oriental Makati as a Butler, delivering highly personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service to guests in suites and premium accommodations. You will be a key ambassador of the brand, ensuring every stay is seamless, tailored, and exceeds the legendary luxury standards of Mandarin Oriental.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to assigned guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, updating preferences, habits, and special requirements.
• Coordinate guest arrival, in‑room check‑in, luggage handling, garment pressing, wardrobe management, and in‑room dining setup.
• Deliver turndown service enhancements and ensure all services are executed discreetly and efficiently.
• Oversee the complete guest journey from pre‑arrival to departure, arranging personalized itineraries, VIP setups, and special amenities.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
