Human Resources Rules Staff

About the role

The Human Resources Rules Staff will support SNPW in maintaining a disciplined workplace by ensuring that company policies, procedures, and regulations are up‑to‑date and fully compliant with applicable laws. This role involves close collaboration with management to interpret legal requirements and translate them into practical internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor legal updates and advise management on compliance requirements.
• Prepare, review, and regularly update company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure business operations meet legal standards.
• Manage internal documentation such as memorandums, procedures, and regulatory records.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Social Science, or a related field.
• Experience in compliance, policy administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
