Remote Recruiter – Philippines

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for our Philippine operations. The role involves creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting top talent to clients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft detailed job descriptions aligned with client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment using Microsoft Dynamics ATS.
• Post openings, source, pre‑screen and interview candidates.
• Coordinate client interviews and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain client relationships with regular updates on pipelines.
• Prepare and deliver employment offers.
• Provide timely feedback and status updates to candidates.
• Keep the candidate database up‑to‑date in Dynamics ATS.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or fast‑growing environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple processes.
• Proactive attitude with initiative to improve recruitment processes.
