About the role
This full-time, on-site position is based in Metro Manila and focuses on designing, implementing and evaluating training and development programmes for a group of restaurant brands.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs across multiple restaurant branches.
- Facilitate effective training sessions for staff at various locations.
- Ensure consistent application of newly developed skills.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee competencies and operational performance.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in training, employee training and training & development.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to design, implement and optimise training programmes.
- Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector (highly desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field.
- Proven capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
