HR Officer – Multi‑Region Operations

About the role

Vivant is seeking an experienced HR Officer to lead human‑resource initiatives for its multi‑region operations, supporting a global team in the US and independent contractors across the Philippines and LATAM. The role is based onsite in Cebu, with a possible temporary remote arrangement for Luzon‑based candidates before relocation to Pampanga.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with DOLE and BIR regulations and keep the organization audit‑ready.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll, statutory benefits, contractor classification, onboarding, off‑boarding, time‑keeping and employee records.
• Design and maintain SOPs, playbooks and HR knowledge systems; automate manual workflows and document processes.
• Develop and enforce performance frameworks, PIPs and manager coaching; handle complex employee‑relations investigations.
• Partner with US leadership on workforce planning, org design and retention strategy using data‑driven insights.
• Create engagement initiatives that improve eNPS and retention while protecting company culture as it scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in DOLE and BIR compliance.
• At least 5 years managing payroll, statutory benefits and contractor classification.
• 5+ years executing onboarding, off‑boarding, time‑keeping and benefits administration.
• 5+ years designing performance frameworks and handling complex employee‑relations cases.
• Proven ability to design engagement programs with measurable impact on eNPS and retention.
• 1–2 years recent experience supporting US clients.
