Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the full talent lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to deployment, ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring strategy and manpower planning. This role also drives employee engagement, upholds the employer brand, and monitors vacancy levels.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to guarantee smooth employee integration.
• Monitor performance management activities, coordinate appraisals and related documentation.
• Address employee concerns, facilitate engagement programs, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in Change Management, Communication, Compensation Analysis, and Complaint Management.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Engagement, Data Management & Integrity, Financial Acumen, and Legal & Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience in Manpower Planning, Policy Development, Process Optimization, Project Management, and Risk Mitigation.
• Ability to handle Rewards and Benefits Application, Vendor Management, and Quantitative Analysis.
