About the role
We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Agent to join our customer service team and support guests with booking, cancellation, modification and inquiry needs. The role requires handling inbound requests through phone, chat or email and delivering accurate information while maintaining a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the reservation system.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills for phone, chat, and email interactions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
