Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will assist, oversee, and control the operations of the Food Court Department, ensuring daily activities, sales performance, merchandise and stock administration, and strong tenant and customer relations align with the mall’s overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue and net income targets for the food court.
• Control expenses within allowable limits.
• Manage overall food court operations, including janitorial, security and other contracted services.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with food court tenants on lease terms and store operations.
• Conduct quality audits of tenant facilities.
• Ensure all stock levels are complete and properly managed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in food, beverage or restaurant service.
• Knowledge of tenant relations, marketing, operations, and property/food services management.
• Willingness to work on‑site at SM City Legaspi.
